Films at Two at the Glenearn Centre

We have come to the end of the 2009/10 film shows, but plan to end the season with an afternoon tea outing on Tuesday 1st June.   Cars will take folk from the Glenearn Centre at 2pm, to the Loch Leven’s Larder with views over Loch Leven.   Return to the Glenearn Centre will be between 4pm and 4.30pm.

The new (fifth) season is set to begin on Tuesday 7th Septembe

  • Films at Two events take place at, or start out from, The Glenearn Centre, next to Edwards Engineering, Glenearn Road. It happens during September - June at 2 PM for about 2 hours on the first Tuesday of each month.
  • The programme normally includes
    • Classic or other popular film
    • Tea/coffee & biscuits
    • Chat around the tables
  • Films shown in 2008/09 included
    • The Third Man
    • Cool Running
    • Singing in the Rain
    • Whistle Down the Wind
  • In some months there is also a "Social Afternoon" mid-way between film showings.
  • All welcome
    • Films at Two is for everyone, and especially for seniors
    • Many come from Craigie & Moncreiffe
